Chick-fil-A in Hammond

I swear if Chic-fil-a ran the government we wouldn't have any issues.

Chick-fil-A is amazing, doesn't matter what state you stop in and eat, they always have the most pleasant people working there and they take care of each customer like we actually matter, way to go Chick-fil-A!!!

Everyone is so nice here,l. I would expect to pay much more for the service and the staff but it super cheap and nice. It's what every fast food restaurant should strive to be!

I'm kind of bummed that Chick-fil-a is discontinuing their wraps. As a vegetarian whose kids love chicken, it was a nice alternative to just salad. The salads are great (without chicken) but it would be nice to have a few options. I know I'm not the target consumer, but i have kids that are...and I'm the one who has to drive them there!

Chick-fli-a needs to get it TOGETHER been out here in the parking lot for an 45 mintues waititng for food like get it together send people out

The service was good even if the wait was longBut that is normal now. I gave 3 stars because our biscuits were crunchy and smaller compared to what we get at the Denham Springs location.Disappointed😔

Always awesome! Nice enclosed play area where you can supervise children without noise. Table service is pleasant, staff is incredible. I love the fresh flowers on the tables! Drive thru experience is also impressive. Staff will work outside in the heat to get your food to you quickly. My family's favorite for fast food by far!

Absolutely the best fast food company in the world. They have the best employees too. Walked in here at 1p.m. And the line was to the door. It still took less than 10 minutes to order and get my food. I’m amazed at how they do it. A great Christian run company that represents America well and sets the standard in the fast food industry that none of the others come close to.

Jill fixed my mistaken order 200%! They have my business. In fact other businesses these days should take from chic e filee! Ask yourself why is their parking lot and drive through line always packed? Closed on the sabbath, I don't know if it gets any better, and trust me I am a fierce critic!

I go to Chick FIL A most mornings on my way to school. Their chicken burritos are second to none, seriously. The service is always fast and friendly, no matter which location I go to, and there is never a problem with the food. No complaints at all.

Good food, but not good enough to endorse the politics of this company. Show where you stand with your money, and go to a non-bigoted place for chow instead.

I love this Chick-fil-A. Very fast service each time. The staff is always so friendly. I have never had any issue with my order or service here. Food is always fresh and taste really good. Interior is clean. Great experience each time. Would recommend this location.

This location use to be kid friendly. My daughter is in elementary school she made honor roll so I found a coupon online for a free order fries from Chick-fa-la. Two managers denied the coupon. Thats a shame my daughter was in the car with me. I generally dont ask for anything for free but she was excited that she earned it. I've spent lots of money at this location. Reconsidering if I should bring my family back. Like I said they use to be a wonderful place to bring my kids after sporting events.

Food was fresh, hot and tasted good. Service was pretty fast considering it was lunch time, took about 15 minutes or so. Only negative was the girl who took the order(on the iPad in drivethru) seemed like she really didn't want to be there and cut us off while we were telling her what we wanted so we didn't get to finish. All other visits have been great, that's why I say 4 stars, would give 3 stars for this visit in particular.

Never had anything bad to say about this place. Everyone was polite, friendly and just plain nice. A good Christian relaxed place. I have never had to worry about anything bad here

Amazing customer service and great food!!

This restaurant is awesome!! Always greeted with a smile and positive attitudes....I stopped for breakfast one morning and realized that I didn’t receive my drink so I decided to call and let them know that I’d get it when I came back on another day since I had to be at work. The manager was very apologetic and asked where I was employed because he was going to bring my drink. I declined and stated that I would just get it when I came back, about 15 minutes later I received a call on my unit asking me to come to the receptionist desk. There was a large coke waiting for me along with a card for a free breakfast of my choice...I was blown away!! Never received that type of service anywhere!! CFA is the BOMB!!

We drove off too early in the drive thru before getting our full order, but an awesome worker flagged us down before got too far away and gave us our food. Always a pleasure eating here. If you happen to catch the mint lemonade you have to get it!. Its amazing and also refreshing.

amazing restaurant. I go in there and I go out and I get my food very quickly. Very clean store and Facilities. And plus everyone has a smile on their face. I highly recommend this store has good customer service and that's saying something because we are in Hammond LOL.

Best chicken tortilla soup ever. Perfect! Staff is constantly friendly and efficient. Unlike other fast food places, they never hand you a wrong item, fail to put in the right items, or neglect condiments and cutlery, napkins, or straws.
